On September 11, 2026, two founding Canyon Lake public safety agencies — one law enforcement, one fire — begin dual-badge formation at no cost to their departments. Behind Both Badges™ is the launch: the night both services start building the same language, at the same time, in the same city.
The curriculum is licensed from EQGenix Inc. Life in Darkness funds and delivers it.
